This unique method allows you, the buyer to purchase a home without going through a bank or lending Institution. The new mortgage “wraps“ around the seller's existing financing. The time it takes to close and the closing costs associated with this technique are drastically less. Lease Options
Also known as a contract for deed, basically, this is rent-to-own for houses. If you don't have enough money for a down payment, not sure you want to commit to buying, or need more time to get your credit in order, you can do a lease-purchase.
